What is Illuminate?
Illuminate 2025 is the flagship annual event by Grow with Geetika Coaching & Consulting, created as a year-end ritual to reflect, realign, and rise. In its inaugural edition, we explore the theme “Creative Confidence Using AI,” an invitation for women leaders, creatives, and changemakers to reimagine what's possible at the intersection of technology and human intuition. This is not your average conference. It’s an experience. Expect insight, energy, reflection, and real connection.

Dr. Maria Singson
​Founder and CEO of the startup scoring company, SMEMojo, is a serial entrepreneur who has built data and AI companies throughout her professional career. Her entrepreneurial leanings started at Dun & Bradstreet, where she prototyped payment and credit products for new markets. She also served as Chief Science Officer and led global data science and APAC customer success teams, developing and implementing AI strategy and innovations at small to large organizations during her tenure at Mastech Infotrellis, Genpact, and IBM. She holds a PhD in Cognitive Science from UC Irvine. Her right-brained activities include painting, exploring new skills and sports, and more recently, podcasting with successful women in her series, Real Talk, Poolside, where candid conversations on women’s experiences and awakenings are bravely held, unfiltered.

She regularly speaks at regional conferences and guest lectures at universities like NUS, NTU, SP Jain, and SUSS. Pallavi holds degrees in Economics and HR, along with certifications from Cornell University and credentials in Agile, Design Thinking, and Cognitive HR.
