Frequently Asked Questions
1. How many participants are in one cohort?
Each cohort is intentionally small, maximum 5 participants, to create a safe, personal, and supportive space. You’ll be part of a dedicated WhatsApp group with your cohort for the full 5 weeks.
2. Are there fixed times or calls I need to attend?
No. This challenge is fully flexible and self-paced. You will receive a weekly prompt and short voice note every Monday in your WhatsApp group. You can complete the reflection whenever it fits into your week.
3. Is there any live coaching?
Yes! In Week 5, we’ll have a 25-minute live group coaching call (on Gmeet) to wrap up your journey and guide next steps. The date and time will be chosen in consultation with your cohort, so it works for everyone.
4. I am super busy. Will I even have time for this?
This is not one more thing on your to-do list. It’s designed to make space in your already full life. Most reflections take just 2–5 minutes, but the insights can stay with you all day. This is your “me-time reset” — to replenish your energy, get clear on your direction, and give your brain and soul the nourishment it’s been asking for.
5. What is the coach’s role in the group?
You’ll be guided by Geetika, a leadership coach with 19+ years of experience. She’s there to nudge, check in gently, and hold space, never to overwhelm. You’ll lead your journey. She’ll be there to walk alongside you.
