Impact Circles of Growth is a 3-month peer-driven leadership journey designed for high-achieving leaders seeking clarity, accountability, and growth through a structured yet flexible approach. The program blends coach-designed reflection prompts, monthly live masterclasses, and peer accountability circles to help participants strengthen their leadership presence, adaptability, and influence while balancing busy schedules.


Program Structure:

  • Weekly Coach-Led Prompts aligned to a structured curriculum (resilience, adaptive leadership, influence, and communication).

  • Monthly 60-min Masterclass led by Geetika on a core leadership theme.

  • 25 min , Peer Accountability Circles to encourage application, reflection, and shared learning.

  • Digital Toolkit with check-in cheat sheets, feedback templates, and team cohesiveness resources.
