About the event
You have more choices than you think.
Every day, we make choices. Some are easy. Some are uncomfortable. Some change the direction of our lives.
And then there are those moments when we find ourselves saying: “I don't really have a choice.”
But do we? What if there is a choice you haven't considered yet?
Real choice isn't always about picking between two obvious options.
Sometimes it's about recognising that you have agency — even when you can't control the situation. You may not be able to choose what happens. But you can often choose:
How you respond.
What you accept.
What you challenge.
What you say.
What you stop doing.
What you do next.
And sometimes, that changes everything.

Together in a 90-minute interactive leadership workshop, we will explore:
The choices we don't see
How assumptions, habits and other people's expectations can quietly narrow our options.
The stories behind our choices
The beliefs and “shoulds” that influence what we choose — often without us realising it.
Choice doesn't always mean easy
Having a choice doesn't mean every option feels comfortable. Sometimes the harder choice is the more honest one.
Agency
What is actually within your control, and what becomes possible when you stop spending your energy on what isn't?
Choosing consciously
How to pause, step back, and look at a situation differently before automatically choosing the familiar response.

If you have caught yourself saying:
“I don't have a choice.”
“This is just how things are.”
“I have to do this.”
“What will people think?”
“It's too late to change now.”
Or perhaps there is a decision sitting quietly at the back of your mind that you keep putting off.
It could be about your career, leadership, relationships, boundaries, a difficult conversation, or simply what you want your next chapter to look like. Bring that choice with you.
You don't need to have the answer. There will be space to work with your own situation, not just listen to someone talk about choices. We will use the session to reflect, discuss, challenge our thinking, and learn from each other. And towards the end, there will be a feedback and reflection session where you can share what shifted for you, what you are taking away, and what you may want to explore further. Sometimes the most useful insight comes from hearing how someone else sees the same situation. My group coaching sessions are built around real conversations, not perfect answers. You bring a situation. We unpack it. We ask better questions. We hear different perspectives.
What will you leave with?
A clearer understanding of where you have agency.
Greater awareness of the assumptions influencing your choices.
A practical way to look at a difficult situation from a different perspective.
One choice you're ready to make, explore, or rethink.
One question to start with: Think about your life right now. Where are you saying: “I have no choice” And what if there is actually a choice you haven't considered yet? That's where we'll begin.

Testimonials and feedback from previous workshops
The most insightful takeaway has been the interpretation of triggers and mindful pause. Swati K, India. (Triggers to trusted workshop).
Geetika has developed a framework called Energy cards, using which we can evaluate our energy level and type to utilise it in our leadership journey. The workshop has crystal-clear clarity and key takeaways for all attendees from different domains. Geetika also has a community where she shares leadership nuggets; I am part of it and find it beneficial. Yasha, India. (Fatigue to flow workshop).
One behaviour that I will practice after the workshop is to listen and let others finish. Deepak T, Singapore (Triggers to trusted workshop).
I have become more aware of my saying automatic “yes” all the time. It was natural for me to take up
responsibility. Now, I pause and think twice about whether I can add value and whether it is aligned with
my priorities before saying yes. Vijaya G, India (When yes costs too much workshop).
